well – technically, tonight is the first of Hanukkah – irregardless (sorry, Aunt Buzz) – the UPS man and his helper delivered this beauty to our doorstep yesterday. It was SUPPOSED to be my main Christmas present, but the fact that I’ve been looking for a large, straight-sided braising/sauté pan, and that the box was practically swaddled with ‘Calphalon’ kind of gave things away, so Rich figured I may as well open it now (YAY!).
Now, I just need to find something BIG to braise…
