but; it’s REALLY good flour, and we were at Costco, so the price was also REALLY good.
Now, before you go all ‘what the heck are you gonna do with 20 POUNDS of flour?’ – remember – Rich is off of the packaged cookies, so that’s a couple of cups every week for Faux Madeleines or Angeletti (he is lovin’ the Angeletti lately). I’ve also got galettes to make, pies to whoop, French bread for grilled cheese sammiches (with the home made Velveeta, natch), Challah rolls, and pizza dough for the grill.
I think using the flour will be no trouble at all…
