Sriracha Mayonnaise

Looking for a simple way to zip up, say, your air-fried shrimp?

Consider Sriracha Mayonnaise!

I started with some Hellmann’s, but if you wanna go old school and make your own, I can help you out…

Classic Mayonnaise, even Eggless Mayonnaise; both would work well, but, for sheer simplicity, I usually start with Hellman’s or Dukes.

INGREDIENTS
•1 cup good mayonnaise
•2 tbsp Sriracha
•1 clove garlic, minced

Whisk the ingredients together in a bowl until nicely blended.

Give it a taste.

Nice, right?

You want it zippier? Go ahead and add more Sriracha until it is as you prefer.

Stash in a covered jar in the fridge for a few hours to allow the flavors to really come together before serving.

Oh, and those air fried shrimp?

These are frozen, gluten-free, and coconut crusted. And they will be tomorrow’s post.
