It was a valiant effort – but I obviously went wrong somewhere along the way; so there will be no sourdough French toast this week *sigh*
I think we’ll muddle through with a Quiche au Jambon – ham quiche – for breakfast – leftover Easter ham from the freezer, good Swiss cheese and lots of cream and butter – what better way to start the day?
It’ll be a busy week with my sister coming to visit, and I’ve planned some old favorites and a few test runs for dinners. Stay tuned!
