This zippy little sauce is wicked flexible – it works with roast beast, as a french fry dipper, a sammich spread, even fish.
Cool thing is, it is also wicked easy to toss together.
For this batch of rémoulade, I used my own, home made pickles and hot sauce; feel free to substitute whatever you have on hand; a mix of half sweet and half dill relishes works nicely, and if you’re not too keen on hot sauce, mebbe try a chili sauce.
INGREDIENTS
•1/4 cup mayonnaise
•1 tbsp fire! sauce (or ketchup)
•1 tsp pepper relish
•1 tsp chop pickle
•1-1/2 tsp whole grain Dijon mustard
•1-1/2 tsp dried parsley
•1/2 tsp horseradish
•1/2 tsp Cajun Power Spicy Garlic Pepper Sauce
Measure the ingredients into a bowl and whisk to combine well.
Transfer to a lidded jar and stash in the fridge for a couple of hours to allow the flavors to blend.
