Air Fried Potstickers and Sauce!

So, yeh, we had these for dinner one night, with baked veggie bird’s nests, and it was wicked tasty.

It was also wicked easy, because the potstickers and the bird’s nests were straight out of Trader Joe’s freezer case.

No muss no fuss dinner sorted, I did have one chore; to make potsticker sauce.

Good thing I have this pretty tasty, and also pretty easy recipe.

INGREDIENTS
Potsticker Sauce:
•1/4 cup low-sodium Tamari
•1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
•1 tsp hot sauce
•1 tbsp sesame oil
•1 tsp sugar
•1 scallion, minced
•1 clove garlic, minced

Air Fryer Potstickers:
•1 bag frozen potstickers
•Olive oil or peanut oil

Combine the potsticker sauce ingredients together, then stash in a covered jar until needed.

To air fry the potstickers, heat your air fryer to 360º and arrange the frozen potstickers on the air fryer basket.

Spray lightly with oil and pop into the air fryer for eight minutes.

Remove from the air fryer, turn the potstickers over, apply a bit more oil, and cook for two to six more minutes, until they are all nicely golden brown and a bit crispity in places.

Serve with the sauce, additional chopped scallions, and these bird’s nests, if you like; they are pretty tasty, and cook up perfectly in the regular oven while you are airfrying the potstickers.
